GTEA proudly represents professional educators like you. Our members include instructors, advisors, counselors, librarians, and more at Gateway Technical College in Southeastern Wisconsin. Our members work hard in classrooms, advising centers, learning centers, and libraries on Gateway's Elkhorn, Kenosha, Racine, and online campuses.

Working Hard To Support Our Members

We work hard to ensure that our members have the wages, benefits, and working conditions that let them succeed in their work with students. We keep members informed of what's happening on campus, advocate for their needs before the administration and board, and recognize their contributions to our community and professional success.

Strong support From Our Members

Our members support our union. In recent certification elections, over 95 percent of members voting in the recertification election voted to have GTEA represent them. Members recognize that working together has given us better wages, better benefits, and better educational conditions.
